Mountjoy has a great opportunity available for an **Office Supervisor** to join their team based in **Woking.** You will join us on a **full-time, permanent** basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£27,000 - £28,000 per annum.**

**Mountjoy** is an expanding construction and maintenance company focused on delivering exceptional service to its clients and customers across the south of England.

We have recently secured a contract with Woking Borough Council to provide responsive maintenance and void property works plus gas heating maintenance for both in hours and part of a call out rota.

**About the Office Supervisor role**:
You will be working in a call centre environment with Call handlers and a Scheduler. Your primary responsibility will be managing a team of Call Handlers ensuring they are recording the right information onto the Mountjoy job management systems and issuing the right job information to the Tradesman You will also be responsible for the supervision of a small administration team, recruiting and inducting the right staff, developing, and supporting the team through 1-2-1s ensuring they understand the end-to-end process of a perfect repair.

**Key responsibilities as our** **Office Supervisor will** include**:

- Ensuring you understand the end-to-end process of delivering the perfect repair for the customer and the key responsibilities in achieving this for all the roles involved in this process
- Training, coaching and developing Call Handlers/Administrators to follow the correct process highlighting trends or issues as they occur so that improvements can be made to the process by everyone
- Using manual measures and demand sheets to understand the performance of the service, identifying trends or issues to feedback to the team
- Coaching and training the team, and acting as the escalation for tenant issues and queries if the tenant requests escalation themselves
- Recruiting, and inducting Call Handlers and Administrators, signing off probations once key probation objectives have been demonstrated
- Supporting the contract team in ensuring all office staff are acting in a professional manner always providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring the Job Management Systems, and any other system(s) used to deliver the service, are updated in a timely and accurate way

**What we are looking for in our **Office Supervisor**:

- GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration or Customer Services (advantageous)
- 2 years’ experience of supervising a team
- Experience working in an Operations Centre of a Building Maintenance Contract (Desirable)
- Knowledge of National Housing Schedule of Rates (Desirable)
