We are looking for two bright, inquisitive, and highly motivated graduates with a desire to be part of our trainee recruitment program.

**Graduate Sales / Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**Location: Manchester M20 2AF**

**Package**:

- £20K - £25K Basic
- Up to 25% Commision

**About Us**:
ITECCO has been going for 5 years and has grown from 1-155 employees. We have just opened our 4th office in Texas and should be opening one in Miami.

Our company offers a fast track to managment, usually within 12 months but some consultants have done this in 2-3 and now have their own team.

This role is for people who are money motivated and ambitious and looking to grow a rewarding career.

**About the position**

Following your initial training period, you will be responsible for the complete end to end recruitment process, which will include new business generation and client development.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Taking a proactive approach to winning business by generating and following up on sales leads.
- Developing lasting relationships with senior-level decision makers.
- Building a rapport, discussing our recruitment expertise and fully understanding their requirements.
- Negotiating fees and terms of business with new clients.
- Writing an informative and attractive advertisement.
- Securing placements and contributing to company sales objectives.
