The Tabor Group are looking for a Wedding and Planning Co-ordinator to join our team We are seeking a highly motivated, focused individual with a positive attitude.

The role is an office based position and is advertised at 25hrs a week, Monday-Friday 9:30am -2:30pm, however we are open to discussing different working patterns.
- Duties include but not limited to:_
- Dealing with couples from point of booking until they are allocated to a Wedding & Events Manager at 4 months prior to the wedding day.
- Providing administration support and assistance to both sales and Wedding and Events Managers, to ensure smooth process for couples throughout.
- To arrange and hold initial planning meetings with clients to structure their event, advise timings, discuss suppliers, food and beverage options.
- To up-sell additional items and experiences to clients to optimise revenue streams within the business,
- To investigate new trends, ideas and source items for the venue to offer to clients. Liaise with Sales and Wedding & Event Managers to ensure we achieve maximum revenue potential.
- Book relevant external suppliers to ensure availability for events taking place.
- Monitor items within the venue for damage, repair, update or replacement, and advise the relevant person(s).
- To answer the telephone, deal with enquiries related to booked events and direct to relevant departments or resolve.
- Take and process accommodation bookings.
- Deal with post wedding cash up and paperwork, collating all relevant paperwork and scanning file over to accounts department to carry out the reconciliation process.
- Strict adherence to health and safety policies and procedures and GDPR compliance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £16,400.00 per year
