**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful & terrific Body Shop team at Mercedes-Benz of Mercedes-Benz of Weston-s-Mare as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.

You will be part of a proactive team focused in delighting our customers and getting it right first time & you will be supporting our Service Manager in driving the productivity and efficiency of the Body shop department.

You will also be handling and dealing with our customers both internal and external.

Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean.

This is a full-time role that requires a proactive & dedicated approach to delighting customers to ensure we provide them with the highest possible levels of service.

**About you**

Experience and understanding in all aspects of a Body Shop and Insurance claims is essential therefore you will already hold a similar position in the motor industry.

This is a sales focused role that would suit a forward thinking, people orientated person, ideal qualifications would be both Audatex and VDA accredited.

You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone.
