**Salary**: £50-55k + car or allowance, pension.

My client are a well-established, reputable, specialist Building & Fit Out Contractor who operate nationally with a healthy pipeline of work.

Due to an increase in their workload, they are recruiting for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is working on fast track fit out projects within the Leisure Industry (Cinemas, Casinos, Holiday Parks etc.)

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Requisition of materials
- Managing subcontractors
- Issuing sub-contractor short term programmes
- Holding regular progress meetings
- Updating the construction programme
- Managing trades/labour on site
- Checking the quality of all plant on site
- Managing H&S on site
- Attending monthly cost meetings

Experience managing fast track fit out projects is essential, with experience managing Cinema, Casino or Holiday Park projects being ideal.

In return for your skills, you will be offered a salary between £50-55k + company vehicle, or allowance alongside pension and further package.
