**Attention all finance leaders Are you ready to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our finance team as the Head of Finance.**

As our Head of Finance you will oversee a team of professional accountants and play a crucial role in shaping the financial success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans, providing in-depth analysis and insights, and challenging the business on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Timely delivery of all financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) and commentaries to a consistently high standard.
- Drive continuous improvements within the department and also challenge internal customers with business case and budget reviews.
- Improve financial controls within AWC, working closely with the Head of Financial Control to continuously improve the systems and processes within the finance team and ensure controls are in place to safeguard AWC's assets and ensue liabilities are settled in an effective manner

**To succeed in the role you will demonstrate**:

- Confidence in Excel, Word and SAP/SAP BI/SAP BPC an advantage.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Effective and proven negotiation skills with ability to influence decision making

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in finance, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of driving financial success in a fast-paced environment.
