Are you a caring and compassionate person who wants to bring peace of mind to our service users by ensuring that they are secure and comfortable in their own homes **overnight?**

Our service users have different requirements for comfortable living and each case is absolutely unique. Some may deal with illnesses or injuries while others may be dealing with a postoperative condition. Yet there are others who may just need a helping hand to ensure their lives run as smoothly as possible

**As a Care Assistant working nights, you would be responsible for offering support such as**:

- Supporting with personal care/getting ready for bed - night time can be a frightening time for some.
- Assisting with medication administration
- Continence support
- Bringing much needed companionship to enable our service users to feel comfortable before they go to sleep and if they awake during the night to feel safe that you are there to support them.
- Managing risks that might occur at night when our service users are awake
- Making a lovely snack and a warm cuppa should they be restless during the night
- Our service users will look forward to you assisting them with breakfast and a quick tidy of their house before you leave.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
