**Salary:** Dependent on skills, £23-30k per year.

**Job type**:Full-time, Permanent. Hours - 08.00am - 17.00pm (Monday - Friday).

**Purpose of Your Role:**

To develop strong, effective and innovative online marketing strategies to drive traffic to company website, ensuring top rankings on Google and to help achieve company goals of dramatically increasing ecommerce sales.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, develop and implement effective SEO & SEM strategies.
- Optimise website performance and bring it to page one for relevant search terms.
- Develop and implement organic search optimisation and maximise ROI.
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research and implement findings.
- Creation/writing of blog articles/content marketing.
- Work with Head of Marketing on content strategies and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Optimise user experience & customer journey on our website to increase conversion rates.
- Manage effective PPC campaigns, analyse results & maximise ROI.
- Analyse Google Analytics and Netsuite ERP data to manage and improve website performance and assess where traffic coming from in order to increase inbound traffic.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable regarding important SEO industry updates like algorithm changes, etc.
- Effective affiliate marketing through like of Amazon platforms.
- Use Developer tools, Google Search Console & Analytics, Webmaster Tools and third party software such as Moz, SEMRush, Ahrefs etc to interpret rankings, how sites are crawled and indexed, structured data/rich results presence, identify and resolve related issues.
