Are you looking for a career in HR?
SF Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Administrator who can support a multi-site distribution business in Lutterworth. This temporary contract will be a permanent contract for the right person.
HR Administrators' Role:
- Ensuring employee records are accurately maintained
- Carrying out employment checks including Right to Work
- Prepping and producing Contracts of Employment, letters confirming change of circumstance, maternity, paternity, and parental leave
- Referencing
- Represent HR when administering the first stages of formal proceedings
- Assist with payroll and hours verification
- Ensure resignations are acknowledged and exit interviews conducted for all staff
Essential to be successful in the role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 year's administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving and judgement
- Highly organised with a good attention to detail
- Proactive and positive, 'can do' attitude
This role will require you to be able to thrive in a busy environment, to provide a professional service and be flexible.
