**Recruitment Coordinator**

**Reporting to**: HR Manager

Little Dukesis the early years arm of our family - with independent nurseries in London, Richmond upon Thames and Worthing.

**About you**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivery of challenging recruitment targets in line with growth plan building a talent pool at all levels
- Co-ordinating the recruitment process of all company roles including interviews, feedback and onboarding
- Oversight of all admin surrounding recruitment ensuring compliance with our safer recruitment policies and legal requirements
- Responsible for talent marketing budget and management of presence on recruitment sites and social media
- Liaising with key stakeholders to fully understand the recruitment needs of the business
- Building relationships with universities and further education with the aim of strategically managing the talent pipeline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worthing, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
