Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Are you looking to join a successful business that is looking to expand their Conveyancing team across the UK?
You can join the UK's largest group of conveyancers, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one that has been the pioneer of remote conveyancing. Our client has expanded through organic growth and acquisition, something which will continue inthe future. As a result, you'll be joining a stable, forward-thinking business.
In this role you'll know the conveyancing process like the back of your hand and deliver a personal, efficient, and unrivalled level of customer service to clients.
You'll communicate with ease among internal and external stakeholders in order to strengthen those relationships.
You'll be checking documentation, mortgage offers and search results with a fine tooth comb so you can identify risks and keep the conveyancing process as short as possible.
As a bonus, you won't have to do unnecessary admin and you'll be able to focus on the things you do best as our client have full support from our third-party team for basic processing.
Skills & Experience
- You'll have experience in a conveyancing role and be comfortable with each stage of the process.
- Communication will come naturally to you across all formats whether it be verbal or written.
- You'll oversee a busy caseload, so it's important you can prioritise and you'll also be able to step in or deputise for senior staff when necessary.
