Junior/Graduate 1st Line Application Support Analyst - to £25K
I am seeking a Graduate Application Support Analyst to join a fantastic company who are based in Manchester.
The right Graduate Application Support Analyst will possess excellent customer service skills. The role will suit a graduate with a Computer Science, Maths or Data-driven degree, or a someone looking to embark on a career in IT with a passion for data and aflair for helping customers.

The successful Graduate Application Support Analyst will take on the following duties:

- Working on the triage of ERP support issues
- Application support
- Data analysis and data extraction
- Providing excellent customer service to a network of internal customers

You will also have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- A passion for working with data
- Strong communication skills
- A desire to work in an IT-based role
- A problem-solving mindset
