**The role**:We are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Senior or Assistant Manager to join our busy and growing team. You will be responsible for looking after and advising high net worth individuals on all aspects of personal tax and also corporate clients on their tax compliance, VAT and all aspects of tax planning opportunities which arise in typical OMB/SME businesses. You will also assist in the management of a portfolio of personal tax clients along with general tax compliance work and tax advice.

**The person will ideally have the following**:

- Corporate Tax experience including knowledge of current relief schemes (e.g. EMI, SEIS, EIS, R&D tax credits)
- Personal Tax experience
- Trust experience
- AAT/ATT or ICAEW/ACCA/CTA Qualified
- Strong track record of Tax CPD and high level of current legislation knowledge
- Excellent IT skills and software capability

You must have good attention to detail and be able to work independently. Personality and good communication skills are essential as there will be significant client contact.

**Salary**: Competitive package (dependent upon qualifications and experience).
