- Experienced working in a customer facing role, retail, or sales
- Personable, outgoing, engaging, and energetic
- Confident with the ability to communicate to customers, colleagues, and staff at all levels
- Eager to tackle challenges and change
- Self-motivated and a fast learner
- Persuasive and passionate about outstanding customer service

What does a typical day in this role look like?
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, store colleagues and management
- Engaging with customers, asking lifestyle questions, and recommending products based on this
- Promoting and representing the brand and products to store teams and customers
- Conducting product knowledge training sessions for all in store teams; including training on features and benefits as well as selling skills and may include demonstrating products
- Making the store an outstanding retail experience
- Maintaining brand, visual and operational standards
