**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)**
- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Mise en place/food and beverage preparation.
- Assist with receiving and storage of goods.
- Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards, and practices.
- Assists with preparations for food and beverage functions and service.
- Assists with cellar operations
- Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:

- Cleaning of equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining glassware
- Preparation of waiter service stations
- Preparation of Tables
? Assists with mini bar duties including:

- Filling, checking and re-stocking mini bar trolleys
- Recording of replacement stock
- Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
- Ordering and storage of mini-bar items
? Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
? Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
People
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues
- Attend training when required
