QA Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Controller to join our Quality team at our Newhouse site near Motherwell.

We are looking for a Document Controller to join the Quality team at Sartorius Stedim BioOutsource. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, formatting, updating, archiving documents related to manufacturing and sterility testing and microplasma.

The team consists of 5 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

This position is available for full-time and it is an on-site role at our Newhouse site near Motherwell.

**Grow with us - Your Responsibilities**
- On a daily basis you will be reviewing, formatting and proof-reading master documents, batch release documents, study documents related to manufacturing and sterility testing and microplasma
- Control and Issue of documents required by Operations for study work, and Batch Manufacturing Records
- Scan documents for electronic archiving and retrieve data
- Archiving (raw data), Batch Manufacturing Records and Study Files
- Ensure traceability and recall of documents from archive
- Alerting for periodic document review
- Create batch folders and labels for Batch Manufacturing Records whilst following GMP guidelines
- Use Tracwkise Digital for change controls, CAPAs
- Any ad hoc duties

**What will convince us**
- Strong experience in administration, ideally in document control whilst following GMP guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and methodical way of working
- Excellent skills in Microsoft packages especially Excel as working with spreadsheets on a day to day basis
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with other departments
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi - task, prioritize and manage own workload
