**Sales Support Assistant - Part time 20 hours a week**

Airmec Essential Services is one of the UK’s longest established specialist air hygiene and water treatment solution providers. Operating on a national basis, we work with a range of clients within High Security establishments, Healthcare, Local Government, Education and much more.

Our Head Office is in Bradley Stoke, Bristol where the main operational and business support teams are based.

Due to strong business growth, we’re looking for an additional person to join the sales support team. _This is a part time role, 20 hours a week. Monday - Friday_

**The Role**:
You will play a key role in customer service for the sales and business development teams.

Support the business by delivering great customer service from enquiry through quotation and order receipt while building strong relationships with internal and externals teams, customers, and suppliers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Dealing with customer calls
- Pricing, raising, and checking quotations
- Processing Sales Orders
- Working closely to support the Business Development team with all administrative tasks
- Maintain client database/CRM
- Maintaining Excel databases and schedules
- Ad-hoc duties as required to suit the need of the business

About you:

- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills:

- Ability to work independently with complex data sets and investigate issues with the data/processes
- Attention to detail: able to proactively spot potential errors to ensure processes are delivered right first time.
- Collaboration and communication: a team player able to flow to the work within the Sales Support team and also collaborate with other teams.
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy workload and prioritise.
- Prior experience of working with customers in a similar role would be beneficial.

**Education**:
