NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies provides evidence-based treatments such as CBT, IPT, Counselling for Depression for anxiety or depression and can also help people who have a comorbid long term physical health conditions.

We are seeking a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist or other High Intensity Talking Therapies Practitioner such as IPT, DIT or Counselling for Depression Practitioner to join our leadership team. You will be part of the Oxfordshire Talking Therapies leadership team and help ensure the quality of service delivery, including the work of psychological wellbeing practitioners at step 2 and high intensity therapists at step 3; with a special focus on the oversight of non-CBT modalities. You will offer clinical supervision and also line management with assistance from our operational team, advise on non-CBT treatment planning and scoping, consider non-CBT CPD needs and contribute to the well established role of Locality Lead in the service.
As a leader and manager, you will also have your own clinical caseload to maintain and enhance your clinical skills. We are dedicated to helping you grow professionally and clinically, and we care deeply about the wellbeing of our staff. We have a very engaged, wellbeing team in the service and we strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and productive culture.
