Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Create engaging and educational activities to support children's learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of each child
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery setting
- Manage the daily routines and activities within the nursery to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Experience in managing a key group of children, tracking their progress, and ensuring individual needs are met

Qualifications:

- Hold a relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
