We are looking for a committed experienced Deputy Manager to join our amazing team and to start making a difference to these children's lives
This new position is hot off the press as our current Deputy Manager and Manager of our home in Northumberland have progressed into higher positions within the company.

Duties
supporting your manager to run your workplace, including covering in their absence and ensuring standards of care are maintained
ensuring that the service safely plans staffing levels and complies with legislation and regulatory requirements
undertake care assessments of people needing care and support, as well as working closely with healthcare professionals and others
helping the service to recruit and develop new care workers, supporting, supervising and performance managing them
What we need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior position
- Full Driver's license
