We are currently looking to appoint a Field Service Controller to join our hire & service team at our head offices in Harrogate.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our expanding team where you will manage a busy workload of breakdown calls. This will involve working with our customers to deliver excellent customer service to turnaround the repair of our hire equipment in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to schedule our field service engineers to optimise swift resolution and minimise downtown for our customers.

**Experience & skills required**:

- Knowledge of equipment desirable not essential
- Knowledge of hire industry desirable not essential
- Customer service experience essential
- Experience of communicating / schedule engineering resource desirable
- Requires good keyboard skills and MS Office knowledge
- Telephone skills are essential
