Asgard is a leading subcontract component manufacturer specialising in the production of high precision CNC turned parts. We now have a vacancy for a parts inspector/finisher to inspect machined parts and finish them to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Visually inspecting machined parts
- De-burring, cleaning, and finishing machined parts to production quality standards
- Checking surface finish and polishing
- Coordinating paperwork and required shipping requirements with the sales office
- Packing parts ready for collection and despatch to the customer
- Assisting with other tasks as necessary to facilitate production

The successful applicant must be a team player who can equally work on their own initiative, and meet the following criteria:

- A good mechanical aptitude and eye for detail
- Experience in inspection of fine tolerance components
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Able to plans and prioritise workload according to business needs
- Focused on achieving results and targets**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour
