**About the Role**

Waterbury House in Arundel is a friendly, homely residential service with lovely grounds for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Some of the people we support may also express behaviours which others might find challenging. Situated in walkingdistance of the lovely Sussex town of Arundel, the service has eight bedrooms spread across the main house, a separate house and flat.

The focus is very much on inclusion and supporting people to lead a meaningful, fulfilling life. Person centred goals and achievements, big and small, are always encouraged as is greater independence and choice on a daily basis. Individuals are encouragedto do as much as possible for themselves in all aspects of daily living to increase confidence and support greater independence.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
