**Talent Partner**

Due to growth of our business we are looking for an experienced talent acquisition / search professional to deliver senior level projects within our Hale office for our Healthcare and Life Sciences area.

**The role**

The Talent Partner role is truly varied and involved in delivering solutions across all of our propositions (mapping, pipelining and insight) and will include:

- Identifying and engaging with high performing people across the globe
- Providing insight to a range of challenges that our clients face
- Delivering successful talent solutions for our clients

**What we look for**

You will have a background in Executive Research, Executive Search or Contingency recruitment, and will be passionate about delivering high quality solutions to a broad client base. Your skillset should include:

- Proficient in sophisticated search methodologies and direct sourcing
- Recent experience within one of our core markets - Life Sciences
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- A natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving are key to ensuring you are able to gain insights and complete analysis which enables our clients to make better informed decisions
- Additional language skills would be an advantage
