**About the Role**
We’re looking for friendly, hardworking Bar Staff to join our team at The Queen Charlotte. You’ll be serving our guests with a smile, pulling perfect pints, and helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere our pub is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve a range of drinks and snacks quickly and efficiently
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area
- Deliver excellent customer service and build good rapport with regulars and new customers alike
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Check customer identification and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly
- Assist with setting up, closing down, and general cleaning duties
- Support team members during busy periods
**About You**
- Enjoys working in a busy, sociable environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential - full training provided
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident with great communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
