**OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL**
In this role, you will be the main person delivering training to newly-hired customer service / administration team members. Your primary audience will be our Corporate Housing (CH) team. You will help improve team productivity and quality of the work by providing training on best practices, systems, and soft skills.
You will be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all positions on the CH team. You'll also work closely with the leadership team to assess department-wide developmental needs, and use this information to develop and implement training initiatives.
This is a newly-created role with lots of scope for you to actively search, creatively design, and effectively implement your methods to educate the team, enhance their skills, and recognize their performance.
**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**
- Work with team members and leaders to establish core learnings for new hires.
- Document standard work processes to use to train new hires.
- Confer with leaders and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and revise training materials for both system and soft skill trainings for Corporate Housing team members.
- Schedule trainings and facilitate “classroom” sessions to present training information.
- Implement training and development programs for current team members to share best practices and new process rollouts
- Create custom trainings and/or communications for team members assigned to newly-implemented clients to assure client specifications transition from the sales process to the service delivery process.
- Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance and monitor progress once training has been delivered
- Communicate and consult with the Corporate Housing leadership team, Account Management, and Sales to understand areas where escalations are most likely to occur. Work with team to establish best practices.
- Make suggestions on improving work procedures and processes through learnings in the training process..

- Strong experience delivering in-house training, ideally to administrative or customer service teams
- Experience coaching team members to develop soft skills
- Ability to identify and address training needs in a sensitive and professional manner
