**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be the face of H20 Car Valeting, ensuring every customer enjoys a fantastic journey with us. You will also be responsible for up-selling our premium car valeting packages to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored service recommendations.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our car valeting packages and upsell higher-tier services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to reflect the high standards of H20 Car Valeting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for cars and automotive services is a plus.
