**Youth Support Worker**
- **Salary**: £32,350-£34,350 per year (inclusive of sleep-in and complex care allowances)
- **Contract**: Full-time, permanent

About the Role_**
- Support children and young people (ages 8-17) in a residential care setting.
- Work as part of a small, caring team providing daily guidance and support.
- Assist with daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Support young people with life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Work a shift-based schedule, including overnight sleep-ins (additional pay provided).

- Must be **22 years or older** (legal requirement)
- Passion for working with children and young people, with or without prior experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full **UK manual driving licence** required.
- Willing to undergo an enhanced **Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check**:

- Eligible to work in the UK.
