An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the DCHS Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team based at Whitworth Hospital

As an IFM Domestic Supervisor you will become an active member of our team working closely with other disciplines.

You will be passionate about service delivery, highly motivated, hardworking with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously with a flexible approach to work.

As an IFM Domestic Supervisor you will become an active member of our team working closely with other disciplines.

You will be passionate about service delivery, highly motivated, hardworking with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously with a flexible approach to work.

The ability and willingness to travel is essential for this post as you may be required to cover other sites

**You will have**:

- Supervisory experience in a similar environment within the last two years
- A good understanding of cleaning methods.
- Full, clean driving licence
- IT skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively, at times working to tight deadlines

Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.

We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people’s own homes and via virtual consultations.

During the pandemic response we have led the implementation of public vaccination centres in collaboration with partners across health and social care.
