**Customer Service Advisor**

Our client, a leading employer who due to increase in orders is looking for a customer service Advisor to join their growing team.

**Job Role**
- Making daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin through range extensions, own brand etc.
- Order processing and liaising with customers/field sales with an order confirmation
- Managing order confirmations for online orders placed by customers
- Answering incoming calls and taking appropriate as necessary
- Handling all customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner and ensure all complaints are closed out to the customer’s satisfaction
- Maintaining effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved
- Covering periods of absence in all regions

**Essential**
- Experience of working in an internal sales office, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Computer literate with fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work to daily deadlines accurately and efficiently in a demanding environment
- Experience with supporting an external field sales team is desirable.
- Preference will be given to those with similar experience
