The duties of a TA includes,
- Preparing the classroom for the days lessons & then restoring the room afterwards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- working closely with the Teacher to prepare lessons and to create and prepare the resources required
- Monitoring the work of each child and reportin back their progress to the Teacher
- Support the children throughout the school days, helping them to progress and develop.
- Supporting the Teacher with behaviour management.
- Working with the children in intervention groups to help them achieve expected levels and beyond.
- Involvement in school visits and sporting events.
