You will be part of a learning, leadership, talent and D&I team working on a variety of projects and with a huge array of stakeholders in roles that are leading and enabling the strategy and functioning of the whole organisation. You will have breadth and depth in your role moving between the various programmes of work to support and contribute.

**What will the role involve?**
- Collating and analysing talent, performance and D&I insight to create insight and narratives for our stakeholders that will contribute to the focus and actions for the team and the business
- Supporting the execution of the end to end tactical plans that deliver the strategy, using data and insight to design the activites that will deliver most impact
- Scope and create new ideas and support and enable the piloting of new interventions
- Build strong working relationships with other SME colleagues across the different business units and the Group Centre of Expertise (COE)
- Create and implement comms approaches on key projects

**What are we looking for in our Diversity, Inclusion and Culture Manager? You may have a variety of the below;**
- Proven extensive experience and expertise in a D&I role.
- Business acumen: Understanding of business strategy and the connections and drivers of organisational performance
- Presentation skills - developing presentations, guides, toolkits, or storytelling
- Ability and interest to research external practices
- Able to generate ideas, proposals and initiatives
- Experience in using various methodologies to extract, analyse and tell the story of the data
- Data modelling and manipulation skills with experience working with large data sets in Excel
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities using project management tools including agile ways of working
