**Our Early Years Practitioner roles include**:

- Spending time with children and being skilled in identifying how to support and extend children’s learning experiences.
- Working with parents and carers on a daily basis to provide feedback about children’s nursery experiences and general development.
- Being caring and compassionate and providing children with a home from home environment.
- Having creative ideas and using these to enhance children’s experiences in nursery.

**Skills and experience**:
Being an Early Years Practitioner requires a certain skill set. We are looking for an individual with an early year’s qualification (Level 2 or 3) You can find a list of suitable early years qualifications here:
**Working week**
- Full time post - 37.5 hours per week.
- Hours to be worked between 7.15 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
- This post is all year round.
