Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a Recycling Assistant working for a local authority based in the Hillingdon borough of London on a temporary basis.

Overview of duties include:

- Assistant to the waste services
- Assisting the Recycling team in the back office with data input, letters and other administration.
- Out on site carrying out door knocking to encourage food waste participation and recycling
- Supporting other projects such as schools and commercial businesses.
- Keep updated on new recycling initiatives and actively work on improving the understanding of recycling issues.
- Liaise with other stakeholders, partners and potential customers to promote the councils recycling services.

For this role, as it involves covering a large geographical location, you must hold a FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE and be Flexible in working outside of normal working hours.
