**Sales Advisor Role**

Ede & Ravenscroft is London’s oldest tailors and received its first royal commission in 1689 when it was entrusted to create the robes for the coronation of William and Mary. Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to delivering the traditional values which have built its reputation and crafting fine quality clothes. Our Oxford store provides Ready to Wear Menswear, Legal Attire, Academic Dress and Personal Tailoring.

We are currently recruiting high calibre full-time [37.5 hrs. per week] Retail Advisor to join our Oxford Team. Immediate start is preferred. Store open Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Main duties will include:

- Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
- Building long term client relationships and ability to understand customer’s needs and product features
- Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results
- Representing brand values along with a professional manner and appearance
- Undertaking store housekeeping and some visual merchandising

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Passion for menswear and tailoring
- 1 Year of Menwears Experience
- Desire for providing excellent customer service
- A good understanding of retail
- Ability to work to a flexible rota
