**Bar Staff Job Requirements with Cocktail Experience**

- Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a bar setting.
- Proficient in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to create and recommend unique cocktail recipes.
- Experience with drink pairing and upselling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and entertain customers.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Efficient time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
