We are seeking motivated Senior Brokers to join our growing team. As a Broker at Buy Bullion, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, building relationships with potential clients and closing deals.
You will work closely with our existing team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their precious metals investment needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on precious metals investment needs
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactioons in the companys CRM systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with clients

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (senior brokers only)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions
- Knowledge of precious metals, investment markets, and financial markets is a plus.
- Must be able to work legally in the country of employment
