**THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE MONDAY TO FRIDAY**

An exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisers to join a rapidly growing and successful business based in South Lanarkshire. This is an employed position with no expectation of self-generating leads, all leads will be provided by the firm.

**The Role**

Advisers within this firm carry with them years of expertise in their chosen specialism.

You will be supplied with everything you need to be successful including software, hardware, and high quality pre-qualified leads. No cold calling is involved within this role.

You will benefit from the support of the management and have a high-quality lead source with ongoing training and support. Case managers will deal with the ongoing administration of all your cases. If your passion is in providing advice or selling whilst not being bogged down by administration then this could be the role and opportunity you've being looking for then look no further, this is where the party is.

**Role Requirements**
- CeMAP qualified.
- A grounded understanding of mortgage & protection products. Protection advice is provided by our protection team on a referral basis from the mortgage advisor, whilst experience in protection advice would be beneficial **its not a prerequisite**.
- Natural ability to identify secondary opportunities will be a key to your success within this role.
- A meticulous approach to paperwork, the accuracy of data entry/electronic filing.
- A clear, concise, polite, and reassuring telephone manner.
- A proven track record working in telesales or face to face sales is essential.
- Whilst not essential 2nd mortgage experience would be beneficial

**Key Responsibilities**
- Service incoming enquiries, as the main source of new business, is from our direct marketing making live real times enquiries, these leads are as good as it gets in the industry, we take great pride in our ability to be able self-generate leads, it doesn’t get much easier. All leads are pre-qualified by our telesales executives before being hot-keyed to an advisor, no chasing clients all day, this is done for you
- During your fact find with the client, you will be expected to identify any potential needs for mortgage on each call you make. This will include immediate opportunities (ie. clients on SVR/debt consolidation/capital raising) as well as effectively diarising upcoming sales opportunities.
- Upon identification of mortgage opportunities, you will be tasked with taking your client through the full advice process and this client will become your responsibility.
