Rapidly growing fintech start up looking for a skilled leader to scale up a team and build evolving strategies within analytics and insight

**THE COMPANY**

A B2B Fintech Start up which is already making profit This high growth fintech provide a unique service that Is desired globally and with such success they are looking to expand the team in all areas

**THE ROLE**

As the Head of Analytics and Insight your focus will be to scale up a team of analysts and build a strategy for growth in this area, specifically you will have to:

- Build an evolving strategy across analytics and insight, focussing on segmentation, propensity modelling and understanding the customer in more detail
- Join up all sources of data to ensure all data is from the same place providing a plethora of information and insights for the business to use
- Build a team of analysts across marketing, CRM, customer analytics and data science
- Use SQL and R/Python to query data and build models that allow for predictive analytics

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Strong SQL (R/Python) to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
- Experience building and leading a team, developing and prioritising workloads and reports
- Experience working across different teams pulling data from a wide range of sources
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language

**THE BENEFITS**

£90,000 -110,000 annual salary, remote working and equity
