The Faculty of Science and Engineering hosts The Defence Materials Centre of Excellence (DMEx) Where this post is located.

The Project Administrator will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in a new Research Centre, DMEx. The post will be based in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Oxford Road.

DMEx will bring together world-leading UK experts in a national effort to accelerate advances in defence material technology for extreme physical environments.

Reporting to the Centre Operations Manager, the Project Administrator role provides comprehensive and proactive operational support to the team and Centre Director. You will be working in a unique, enriching team environment, based in the university of Manchester with colleagues from Frasier Nash Consultancy. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting a novel research centre.
