We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team at KCS Cash and Carry Ltd as a Field Sales Representative. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in your assigned territory. You will represent the KCS team and the FMCG brands that we carry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated territory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Present and demonstrate our products / FMCG brands to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, providing regular updates to KCS Directors. Communicate efficiently with KCS Team to address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a related role, preferably in Wholesale Foods and Drinks industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals.
- Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hayes: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
