County Administrator

This is an important role providing administrative support to County operations in order to support the efficient and effective operational management of the county.

Responsible to the County Business Manager the primary purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth running of the County.

This role includes responsibilities relating to being the point of contact for all initial enquiries, attending meetings as a note taker, supporting the Operations Officers in administrative duties, carrying out general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, updating reports and databases.

An important feature of this role is to act as an informal mentor to the apprentice in order to support and develop them within the administration function.

Competent in Microsoft Office packages and good standard of note taking are requirements to the role along with administrative experience.

This role is a part time position (30 hours per week).
