What you’ll be doing
The Operations Excellence Specialist is pivotal in executing projects and initiatives for operational transformation and improvement.
This role involves supporting the implementation of innovative automation and data solutions to drive efficiency and enhance performance.
You’ll be collaborating with stakeholders for process/service improvements and cost reductions.
You’ll engage in direct consultation with teams across the organisation to implement new processes and improvements.
You’ll actively foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within operations and the wider business.
Day to day
This is a great opportunity for someone who is operative minded, is fulfilled by making a difference through the work they are doing and enjoys a highly collaborative environment, also at time working independent.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and deliver operational enhancements.
You’ll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge while being supported by the wider Function helping you develop in your career.
Daily there will be the chance to utilise analytics and BI tools such as Power BI to derive insights for operational improvement.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualisations to automate the production of reporting.
