**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team for a temporary contract. As a CSCS Labourer, you will be responsible for performing physical labor tasks under the guidance of the supervisor. Your primary duties will include ripping out furniture, loading and unloading materials and equipment, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean work area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist in ripping up carpet, underlay, and grip strips
- Operate hand and power tools effectively
- Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar labor-intensive role is preferred; however, full training will be provided
- Ability to lift heavy objects and engage in physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent teamwork skills and effective communication abilities
- Must possess Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety shoes or boots and Hi-Vis gear
**Payment**:
This position operates on a self-employed basis where you will invoice the company weekly. A UTR number is required before commencing work on-site.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Contract Length**: 3 to 5 days/15 to 18 weeks
