Provides administrative and helpdesk support to employees, ensuring smooth P&C processes and timely responses to people policy queries. Assisting with payroll-related queries to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

**The role**
- Respond to first-line P&C queries from employees, escalating complex cases where necessary. - Maintain and update employee records in P&C systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of P&C correspondence, including contracts and policy updates.
- Support the administration of the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
- Coordinate P&C case documentation and track case progress.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations in handling employee information.
- Provide administrative support for P&C-related projects and initiatives.
- Assist in compiling reports on P&C queries and service request trends for internal review.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and escalate complex issues where necessary.
- Work closely with P&C and Finance teams to process payroll changes.

- Organisation - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Attention to detail - Keen attention to detail in identifying defects and ensuring accuracy
- Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical info and provide training or support and/or strong verbal and written skills to provide clear and professional correspondence
- Entry-level experience in HR administration or customer service.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR policies is desirable.
