We’re really going places and have ambitious plans, but we can’t do it without great people As a result, we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our general Private Wealth team in the beautiful town of Lymington.
The Private Wealth team in Lymington is transforming and seeking to provide a Hampshire offering to new and existing loyal clients.
This role will fulfil a personal case load of managing Private Wealth cases from start to finish and assist with other fee earners to fulfil their caseloads. The case load is a combination of mixed Private Wealth experience including wills, probate, power of attorney, tax planning and trusts.
This opportunity is for a forward-thinking leader who is ready to “role-model” and move the department forward as they increase their client offering to the Hampshire market.
Team management and motivation is a key part of this role as you not only train and coach junior fee earners, but also have a critical role in the development of the team and department.
That is the exciting aspect of this role as you are joining a firm which is wanting to go places and is growing it’s offering and culture both internally and externally, whilst ensuring we as employees are at the heart of that with great work but a strong work/life balance.
We do offer a hybrid working model so you can work in the office 2/3 days a week and the rest from home, it’s up to you
What We Look For
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in all aspects of Private Wealth, in particular to including experience dealing with Trust with a strong technical expertise.
Preferably we are seeking someone who is STEP qualified and is enthusiastic and pro-active.
Management and leadership capabilities are important and this will tie into your own personal career growth as we are seeking a leader to help us move this department forward.
Clients are at the heart of what we do, so you will be client focussed and keen to drive more business development into the team.
