We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Liaison Team Leader to join our experienced customer services team at our continually developing site just outside Nuneaton.

At HORIBA MIRA we are highly customer focused and this role will be supporting HORIBA MIRA and MIRA Technology Park in the delivery of a first class service for all global visitors/customers, onsite tenants and HORIBA MIRA teams.

With access to our cutting-edge facilities, training and development and support from HORIBA MIRA management. The structured support we offer facilitates a range of experience to help build expertise and shape future potential.

As Team leader you will be responsible for leading the customer liaison team on a daily basis (ensuring cover for 2 busy receptions, virtual and face to face support for visitors and tenants, customer support tasks, event support and main switchboard) and ensuring that all jobs are carried out in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

This is a full time role working flexibly from multiple locations onsite (mostly) and from home (mínimal). IT equipment will be provided to hot desk (laptop and mobile).

The role will be part of a wider Customer services team and therefore will involve supporting other Customer Services roles when required.

Experience

Senior/Head Receptionist role on a busy reception/s

Proven Virtual supervisory experience using collaborative virtual tools

Proven customer support experience

Experience working on a switchboard

Experience directly working with customers and internal departments

Experienced working knowledge of computers and comfortable with maintaining electronic data on a regular basis (essential Microsoft office products)

Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively using strong organisational skills

Attention to detail is key

Problem solving skills

Resilience

**Qualifications**:
Full Clean Driving Licence

GCSE Maths and English A-C

Educated to A-level or equivalent

Qualification in Customer Services or equivalent
