Dispatch Supervisor

Lovania Nurseries is one of the leading Horticultural plant producers in the UK, supplying garden centres and major retailers on a national scale. **We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Dispatch Supervisor** to join our fantastic team near Leyland**. **This is a physical job for someone who will thrive working within the centre of a high-volume and busy logístical operation.

Applicants must be reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being computer literate. This is a full-time, permanent position in a thriving family-owned company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure an efficient and effective dispatch of all product
- Manage system orders preparing them into specific loads
- Work closely with Site Manager regarding volumes of stock planned for deliveries
- Manage all relevant paperwork
- Provide information to relevant teams

**WORKING PATTERN**

Hours of work will vary from week to week but core hours are:

- 7am - 5pm (Mon-Fri out of season; this will vary in peak season)
- 15-minute paid break morning and afternoon
- 1 hour lunch break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.69 per hour
