**Role Overview**
**What you'll do**
- The following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive
- Oversee the reception area in our Cookstown office. This includes welcoming visitors, maintaining the attendance register and co-ordinating deliveries
- Log delivery notes and update the system to reflect receipt of goods
- Liaise with various internal and external resources to obtain documentation in a timely manner
- Check supply chain costs and paperwork
- Liaise with clients as required portraying a professional image at all times
- Update our IT systems
- Run and issue reports for internal management and subcontractors
- Assist in the compilation of Health & Safety files for site teams
- Other duties as may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the business
