**Job Description**:
**Chief Data Officer (CDO) - Remote Working - £130,000 - £180,000**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Data Officer (CDO) to lead our data strategy and drive data-driven decision making throughout the organization. The CDO will be responsible for creating a data-centric culture, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data, and developing and implementing data-driven solutions that support our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of the company's data assets- Oversee the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of data- Lead the development of data-driven solutions that support business objectives- Foster a data-centric culture across the organization- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-related projects and initiatives- Develop and manage the data science and analytics teams**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field preferred- At least 10 years of experience in data management, data science, or a related field- Strong understanding of data governance, data management, data analysis, and data visualization- Proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects and initiatives- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders- Knowledge of big data technologies, machine learning, and data warehousing**Package**:

- £130,000 - £180,000 (DOE)- Up to 35% Pension Contribution- Generous bonus scheme- 28 days Holiday- Remote Working
